WOW! Where do I even start! I typically do not write reviews. However, I had to do a review on the professionalism of Dr. GauGau and his staff.1. Scheduling - Scheduling is absolutely easy. You can get an appointment almost the next day after you call. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and welcoming.2. 1st Consultation Appointment - Dr. GauGau is friendly and very knowledgeable about fibroids and gives you the BEST option for your care. He recommended that I obtain all the necessary test before the procedure.3. Day of Procedure (Prep Time) - The day of the procedure was so effortless and informative. I was excited yet anxious. The nurse Bonnie is AMAZING!! She explained everything to me and the medications she was giving me.4. Procedure Time - Dr. GauGau came in right before he performed the fibroid embolization and ensured me that everything will be okay! The actual procedure felt like it took 25 minutes (probably due to the light sedation) LOL!!5. Post Procedure - I was up and walking around with little pain and Bonnie went over my home care again with me.6. Home Care - My pain was mostly cramping which was mild. The next day I felt amazing. I could not believe how good I felt.If you're on the fence about the fibroid embolization procedure, please do not hesitate any longer. Call Dr. GauGau right now!!! And Just like that my fibroids are gone!! It's crazy that I only knew of 6 and actually had 27!! Its been a week and I feel great!! Thank you Dr.Gaugau and Staff!! You guys are so awesome and genuine. The ladies at the desk made me feel so fearless I appreciate them.so much. Thanks for the small talks. I can't remember names but the lady who prepared me before surgery was so helpful and gave me so much comfort. My surgery was the Wednesday before Mother's Day. I was able to spread so much knowledge that some of my family are going to get checked out because they didn't know. My womb feels so healthy. And I lost weight. After my fibroids were removed I went from 181lb to 176lb. Thank you again Dr.Gaugau and Staff!! 🥰♥️

I want to thank Dr. Gau Gau and his amazing team for changing my life ! I can get back to myself and my normal life ! After experiencing heavy bleeding for months and also being in sooo much pain everyday was a nightmare I recommend Dr Gau Gau they are a 10/10 !! They took great care of me and explained the procedure to me I had no doubts !!! Dr. Gaugau and his staff are amazing! I’m so glad I stumbled upon his practice through a radio advert. Dr. Gaugau shows real interest and doesn’t rush through the appointment. His office is clean, staff is friendly, the nurse Bonnie was attentive and answered all of my questions before the UFE procedure. Everything was seamless. Highly recommend.

Had a great experience with Dr gau gau he and his staff are very attentive to your needs and really take the time to answer any and all questions. They walk you thru the entire process. And it's a nice clean environment, never crowded either.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Nordine Gaugau and his incredible team for giving me my life back. From the moment I scheduled my initial visit, I knew I was in the right place. My first impression was outstanding—Dr. Gaugau’s bedside manner was exceptional, and he provided me with an option I had never been given before.Before coming to him, I was discouraged. My gynecologist had referred me to a surgeon, who recommended a hysterectomy due to the size of my fibroids. That was not a path I wanted to take. However, meeting Dr. Gaugau changed everything. On the same day I had mistakenly been scheduled for a hysterectomy, I had my consultation with Dr. Gaugau instead. It was a sign that I was meant to be there.His staff, particularly Keisha and Dawn, made me feel supported from the very beginning. They handled everything with such care, ensuring a seamless process. The convenience of having my labs and MRI done in the same building was a game-changer, especially for someone like me who struggles with ADHD.In September, I underwent the UFE procedure, and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The team not only took excellent care of me but also supported my mother, who traveled from out of town to be with me. They even assisted her with her FMLA paperwork, ensuring she could return to work without financial worries.Post-procedure, I feel incredible. The discomfort and bulkiness I once lived with are gone, and I finally feel like myself again. I highly recommend Dr. Gaugau and his team to anyone considering UFE for fibroid treatment. Their level of care, from the initial consultation to the procedure and beyond, is top-tier.One area for improvement would be more structured post-procedure guidance, including follow-up MRIs and written instructions on next steps, dietary changes, and additional support services like pelvic floor therapy or nutritional counseling. This would elevate the experience to an even more comprehensive, holistic approach.Even with that, I give Dr. Gaugau, Keisha, Dawn, and the entire staff a solid 4.8 out of 5 stars. Their compassion, professionalism, and expertise have made a lasting impact on my life, and I am forever grateful. If you’re considering UFE, this is the team you want by your side.
