Dr.Gau Gau was very helpful. He treated me as an individual. Therefore my diagnosis was based on my personal circumstances. He was kind polite and professional. The office is very clean and bright. LIFE CHANGING!My review is long overdue, as I had my procedure on May 27, 2022. I only wish I’d found Dr. Gaugau sooner, as now I am in perimenopause and UFE could’ve helped me tremendously during my younger years.Although recovery for me was BRUTAL, it was all worth it. I now have ZERO cramps, when before, the cramping was debilitating. I used to bleed for more than a week and the clots that came out of me were insane. Now, I only use pantiliners and light-flow pads. Dr. Gaugau was wonderful from beginning to end. The ladies who assisted him in the office/provided reception, were absolute jewels (I feel bad that I can’t remember their names).I deducted a star because I had an experience that I did not like: the (white) nurse who assisted Dr. Gaugau during my procedure asked probing questions about my tattoos (that she was only able to see because I was in a hospital gown). Questioning a patient while she's in a vulnerable state about her decision to make modifications to her body, is offensive and highly unprofessional. I do not recall her name, as it’s going on four years, but I’m hoping she’s no longer part of his staff. Aside from this, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Gaugau.

Excellent front office staff! Dr. Gaugau is surperb. His bedside manner is the best. He takes the time to listen, patient, personable and kind. Dr. Gaugau is an EXPERT in his field and a life saver!! I highly recommend. The office decor is beautiful as well.

I can sum my whole experience up in a few words but I will expand. The word I would use for my visit with the staff and the doctor is, Exceptional! The staff are attentive and they make you feel like they Truly care! I think the doctor sets the tone for the office because he makes you feel comfortable and like he Truly cares! So with such cohesiveness within the office it makes you wonder why aren’t All doctors and staff the same way? If all visits were like the one I had, people wouldn’t be so apprehensive about doctors and their level of care! Dr. Gauguau office should be a model for other doctor’s offices welcome and treat their patients! When I tell you, if I could’ve given a 100 star rating it would’ve been Truly deserving! Thank you to him and his staff! Keep up the Awesome work!

Dr. GAUGAU and his staff are amazing. Very patient very kind very responsive and very empathetic. Dr. GAUGAU really really was there for me. I’ve been dealing with fibroids for years well over 10+ years I found out I had PCOS and he provided me some resources for that. My uterine fibroid symbolization was successful. My follow up appointment was marvelous. I definitely appreciate Dr. GAUGAU and his entire team.
