WOW! Where do I even start! I typically do not write reviews. However, I had to do a review on the professionalism of Dr. GauGau and his staff.1. Scheduling - Scheduling is absolutely easy. You can get an appointment almost the next day after you call. The ladies at the front desk are super nice and welcoming.2. 1st Consultation Appointment - Dr. GauGau is friendly and very knowledgeable about fibroids and gives you the BEST option for your care. He recommended that I obtain all the necessary test before the procedure.3. Day of Procedure (Prep Time) - The day of the procedure was so effortless and informative. I was excited yet anxious. The nurse Bonnie is AMAZING!! She explained everything to me and the medications she was giving me.4. Procedure Time - Dr. GauGau came in right before he performed the fibroid embolization and ensured me that everything will be okay! The actual procedure felt like it took 25 minutes (probably due to the light sedation) LOL!!5. Post Procedure - I was up and walking around with little pain and Bonnie went over my home care again with me.6. Home Care - My pain was mostly cramping which was mild. The next day I felt amazing. And Just like that my fibroids are gone!! It's crazy that I only knew of 6 and actually had 27!! Its been a week and I feel great!! Thank you Dr.Gaugau and Staff!! You guys are so awesome and genuine. The ladies at the desk made me feel so fearless I appreciate them.so much. Thanks for the small talks. I can't remember names but the lady who prepared me before surgery was so helpful and gave me so much comfort. My surgery was the Wednesday before Mother's Day. I was able to spread so much knowledge that some of my family are going to get checked out because they didn't know. My womb feels so healthy. And I lost weight. I want to thank Dr. Gau Gau and his amazing team for changing my life ! I can get back to myself and my normal life ! After experiencing heavy bleeding for months and also being in sooo much pain everyday was a nightmare I recommend Dr Gau Gau they are a 10/10 !! Dr. Gaugau and his staff are amazing! I’m so glad I stumbled upon his practice through a radio advert. Dr. Gaugau shows real interest and doesn’t rush through the appointment.
