I had a bit of anxiety with having the fibroid embolization done but Dr. Gaugau and the staff were incredibly comforting. Everyone was helpful and very kind. I am so grateful for what Dr.Gaugau has done for me.He changed my life for the better and now I'm finally living again. I am no longer having to stay home due to my heavy fiibroid menstrual cycle flow and no longer arranging appointments around my menstrual cycles. Dr.Gaugau was extremely nice and understanding with superb bedside manner. I felt as if I was his only patient due to the fact that I can call him no matter what concern I had and he always took care of me. Dr. Gaugau even called me on the weekend to ensure that I get my blood transfusion to raise my iron due to the long sitting and time it takes with the process. I was going to be 30 minutes late on my procedure date due to traffic and when I called him he was understanding and was more concerned with my safety getting there. Dr. GauGau is a wonderful doctor he care about his patients. You don't have to get a hysterectomy because you're older or don't want any more kids. You can keep everything God sent you on earth with. Dr Gaugau is very knowledgeable and well versed in the matters concerning fibroids. I had an issue with coughing for 3 years and went to various specialists only to discover oversized fibroids pushed on my stomach causing acid to come into my throat. That information alone excited me. The facility gives a calming effect like that of a beach. The reception is nice, professional, and attentive. I’m so sorry it took me so long to come to meet him. My procedure went well. There was weight loss and a little nausea but nurse Bonnie and Shanice helped a lot.
