URINARY FREQUENCY AND LEAKAGE:
A fibroid uterus can compress the bladder leading to frequent bathroom visits especially bothersome at night. By the same token, the increased pressure in the bladder leads to some degree of control loss and leakage. There is also increased risk of urinary tract infections.
In severe case, an enlarged uterus can block urine flow from the kidneys leading to renal failure.
